Step-by-Step Instructions:
Step 1:
- Click “Get Review” on the dashboard.
- This “Get Review” section allows you to send review requests via SMS, email, WhatsApp, and QR code.
Step 2:
- Click SMS to request a review via SMS.

- You can either upload a CSV file with your contacts or manually enter the names and numbers of existing or new customers and click the “Request a Review” button.
Step 3:
- Click “Email” to request a review via email.

- You can either upload a CSV file with your emails or manually enter the names and email addresses of existing or new customers and click the “Request a Review” button.
Step 4:
- Click “WhatsApp” to request a review via WhatsApp.

- You can either upload a CSV file with your contacts or manually enter the names and WhatsApp numbers of existing or new customers and click the “Request a Review” button.
Step 5:
- Click the QR Code option to collect reviews using a QR code.

- Download and place it at the reception to encourage customers to leave their reviews.
Step 6:
- Customize your SMS, Email, and WhatsApp message template by including elements such as the recipient’s name, your company name, and your link. After making your changes, click “Save Template”.



- click “Save Template” to save the templates.
Step 7:
- Send automatic SMS and email reminders every 3 and/or 7 days if the customer has not left a review. Enable the reminder option, customize the message templates for both the 3-day and 7-day reminders.
